In the context of full-scale armed aggression against Ukraine, the issue of torture is becoming particularly acute. The use of torture in occupied territories, in places of detention, and against civilians and prisoners of war is not only a gross violation of human rights, but also a serious war crime. The classification of such acts is complicated by the specifics of martial law, the multiplicity of possible criminal offenses, and the need to simultaneously apply the norms of national criminal law and international humanitarian law.

The synergistic approach in the study of international legal systems is a new and promising approach to the analysis of complex interactions between elements of legal systems. In connection with globalization, there is a growing need to find methods that allow us to consider legal systems as organic wholes, where the interaction of individual elements leads to the formation of new legal realities.

Abstract. Armed conflicts remain one of the greatest challenges for the international community, threatening fundamental international values and declared guarantees. The article analyses the current challenges and opportunities for the implementation of international law in the field of human rights protection during armed conflicts, in particular in the context of the war in Ukraine.

 Meta-anthropological methodology expands the boundaries of the traditional understanding of law, including philosophical, cultural and anthropological aspects, which is important for solving modern problems of international law, such as the protection of human rights, conflicts of cultures, migration, environmental issues and global security issues. 

 Criminal procedure is one of the leading branches of law that plays a crucial role in maintaining law and order, justice, and human rights. In the context of globalization and the integration of international legal systems, particularly those of the European Union (EU) and the United States of America (USA), criminal procedure takes on special significance. Comparing the criminal procedures of Ukraine, the EU, and the USA allows for the identification of common features, differences, and best practices that can be adapted to enhance the effectiveness of national justice systems.

The fact of widespread labor migration is proved not only among the population of Ukraine, but also among the world community as a whole. The main reasons for the movement of the working-age population in the context of globalisation processes are identified. The main aspects of the need for a unified model of compliance of national legislation with international standards are identified. It is proved that the unanimity of legal regulation of the labor migration process would help to eliminate contradictions between the provisions of legal systems of different states.

Annotation.  In today's world, the impact of technology on international relations and the legal system is rapidly increasing, which is due, in particular, to the development of information technology. Globalisation has covered the economic, political and cultural spheres of society, which has led to the relevance of this work.

Abstract: this article analyzes modern international legal instruments for the protection of human rights and freedoms during a full-scale war on the territory of Ukraine, in particular during the conflict with Russia. Key international documents, such as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the European Convention on Human Rights, the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, and the role of international judicial bodies in guaranteeing justice and protecting human and citizen rights are studied.

Abstract. Since February 24, 2022, russia has engaged in full-scale aggression against Ukraine. Despite the Russian army's failure to achieve the initial goals set by the Kremlin at the beginning of the invasion, the war against Ukraine has persisted for over 600 days. Tragically, it has resulted in the loss of almost 10 thousand civilian lives (excluding data from the occupied territories) and forced approximately 8 million citizens to flee Ukraine.

The article presents and analyzes the key theoretical and methodological problems and prospects for the harmonization of national legislation to international legal standards. Four stages of harmonization processes are distinguished: the stage of formation of the national legal mechanism (program) of harmonization of Ukrainian legislation with international legal standards.
