Methodic error is defined by the ratio of the complex parameters that take into account the mentioned characteristics of the measured object and the thermometer. В статті запропонована методика для визначення термінів повірки засобів вимірювань по прогнозованому рівню стабільності (метрологічній надійності), що визначається по результатам попередніх і поточної повірок (атестацій) шляхом їх статистичного аналізу.У даній методиці в якості моделі для апроксимації моментних функцій випадкового процесу дрейфу МХ пропонується застосування оригінальних структурованих поліномів з вкладеними поліномами Чебишева, що задовольняють відомим умовам ортогональності.
