The article analyzes international and national legislation in the field of prevention and counteraction of gender-based violence, sexual and domestic violence.
It has been established that the Istanbul Convention is the main source that contains the most comprehensive list of measures aimed at protecting persons affected by gender-based violence, as well as providing them with appropriate services.
Abstract. During the last decade, there has been an interest in comparative legal studies concerning the science of criminal law. A significant change in the conditions of social life and the desire to adhere to the principles accepted by the peoples of developed countries require the study of foreign experience and sometimes taking information from international law.
This article analyzes the modern understanding of the concept of terrorism through the
prism of criminal law phenomenon. A number of international regulations related to the
organization and committing terrorism exposure. Delineated the concept of “terror” and
“terrorism”. Examples of systemic combating terrorism. Analyzed the views of Ukrainian and
foreign scientists in fighting terrorism.
Розглядаються питання Міжнародного кримінального Суду у контексті протидії
агресії. На підставі методології системного аналізу міжнародного та національного
законодавства досліджується реалізація компетенції визначеної Римським Статутом
Міжнародного кримінального Суду щодо агресії та вплив юридичної практики
установи на забезпечення безпеки. Пропонується доповнення терміну “агресія” новими
чинниками зв’язаними з появою кібер-атак і інших новітніх засобів.
