У статті здійснено огляд та аналіз існуючих моделей управління проектами та запропоновано модель управління колективним проектом, яка забезпечує розподіл ресурсів і робіт між учасниками проектування та підтримку спільної роботи в гетерогенному розподіленому середовищі.
The paper proposes a method for modeling risk management in multi-project environment. Simulation was conducted and the example was provided in the article.
Ways and procedures of Project decision making in management of commercial web-projects under conditions of incomplete and inaccuracy of some are described in the paper. Principal factors of project decision making were analyzed, reasons and nature of project characteristics of incomplete and inaccuracy are defined. Procedures for reducing project characteristics of incomplete and inaccuracy levels based on fuzzy logic are developed.
The article proves that in Ukraine the conditions are created for the formation of start-ups on the platform of universities. It is proved that all participants of start-ups – companies, firms, universities, teachers, students etc. – have a clear motivation. The recommendations are made on the basis of research for legislative consolidation of some elements motivating the innovation process. The methods are obtained for creating and managing start-ups on the platform of Universities at the present stage of Ukrainian economy development.

This calculation is based on level of transportations profitability and tailored to the features of a motor transport enterprise – reduction of rolling stock’s downtime in technical servicing and current repair.

Advantages and disadvantages for outsourcing services customer organizations concerning project management and constraints of using outsourcing in present-day Ukraine are studied.
