The current state of development of Ukraine’s economy requires solving the problems of intensifying entrepreneurial activity, including in the form of startups. The results of the analysis of existing scientific works and practical materials made it possible to clarify the essence of a startup, which should be understood as the process of creating and bringing to the market an innovative product which requires attracting financial resources to promptly solve specific problems under conditions of high uncertainty.

The purpose of the work is to develop a project of an information and reference system for finding answers to questions based on the highest degree of comparison using text content from open English- language web resources. Examples of such questions can be: “What is the best book ever?”, “What is the most popular IDE for Python”. The result of the functioning of the information and reference system is a ranked list of answers based on the frequency of appearance of each of the answer options.

Purpose of the article is the research of the modern trends of global innovation clusters development in Canada that based on public-private partnership model, and to identify their features during last years. The hypothesis is that it is possible to formulate the hypothesis that at the postwar period, Ukraine would form a new innovation strategy that will push country to become global competitively and innovatively.

The work is devoted to the research of sources of risks of formation and management of human resources of the company and the development of a project of an information system to minimize the risks of dismissal.

The introduction of strict quarantine in many countries has raised the issue of workers' organization and the number of personnel needed. In this connection, the question of transferring some office workers to remote work or using freelancer`s labor has become actual. Accordingly, it is possible to predict the growth of demand at the freelance market and the change of the conjuncture of this market, which will significantly affect the activity of the domestic enterprises in the nearest future.

The radical reform of the management mechanism, its focus towards market models of globalization of the economy, and the substantiation of changes in investment decisions are relevant. Such problems arise both at the level of primary business entities, and in the higher levels of management of the international corporation brand Renault.

The article deals with the issues of effective project environment management in terms of globalization and convergence of information technologies. There is a diversity of approaches to the application of project management methods in organizations of different size or industry affiliation. At the subject level, the essence of adaptation and the need to apply this principle in modern conditions are revealed. The evolution of project management standards based on changes in PMBoK editions as the basic foundations of project management is shown.

In the article are analyzed and described basic models and methods of division limited resources in a management projects. The methods of division limited resources are considered with application of the calendar planning, priorities, and competitions. Розглядаються принципи моделювання web-орієнтованих інформаційних систем та приклади їх формального моделювання на основі CASE-технологій. Аналізується структурний підхід до проектування інформаційних систем. Узагальнюються деякі поняття проектування інформаційних систем. Зокрема, описуються принципи використання web-технологій в архітектурі інформаційних web-систем та пропонується найоптимальніший варіант для її використання. Пропонується архітектура web-системи та технології, які потрібно використати для задоволення потреб підприємства.
