Integration of Ukraine's Retail Trade Into Sustainable Development Conditions

A study has been conducted on the problems of sustainable development arising from the concept of achieving a balanced combination of economic growth, social progress, and environmental protection using the example of the modern development of retail trade. It has been established that the linear econ- omy model, which is based on the paradigm of consumption dominance, has led to the depletion of natural resources, environmental pollution, and climate change and does not meet the modern demands of society due to its negative socio-economic effects.

It was established that the main factors that contributed to the growth of express delivery services demand in Ukraine are the development of the Internet in Ukraine and the increase of its users, the decrease in the free time of Ukrainians, the desire to optimize it, and the growth of retail trade. The main companies that provide express delivery services include "Nova Poshta", "Ukrposhta", Meest, Justin, Delivery Auto, Epicenter, and Kasta.

The article examines Ukraine non-food market development state and trends in modern conditions. Market development modern conditions are: further globalization and development spread of information and communication technologies. Individualization of consumer needs and overcoming the consequences of global financial crises. There is also a need to adapt the supply of retail networks to the purchasing power constraints caused by the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic. And there is also problem of streamlining consumer behavior and strengthening their consumer criticism, and so on.
