Food security is the of the most important basic human needs. The sphere of agricultural production affects direct or indirect ways to the settlement system, density, socio-demographic parameters. It affect on typology and appearance of agricultural buildings and edifices also. In the past, the size of the city was limited by local food opportunities. Despite the increase in agricultural production every year, natural renewable resources are depleted faster than they can be restored. It is very likely that after 2050 the world ecological collapse may begin.
For the first time in Ukrainian historiography, the authors of the article pay
attention to the urban genesis of the Podilya town of Zhvanets, which has historically been
formed as an important border point. Due to the geographical location and relief features of
the area, the states to which it belonged, saw it as strategic. Despite this, in the scientific
literature there is a little attention payed to the issue of urban development of the town, as a
result of which Zhvanets (as of 2020 - the center of Zhvanets United Territorial Community)
The first written mention of Skole - a small Boyk settlement in the Carpathians dates from March 5, 1397. Nearly 1660, near the settlement of Skole, Prince Alexander Yanush Zaslavskyj lays a town and calls it his honor - Alexandria. The town is stretched in the basin of a lens shaped length of 3.5 km, a width of 1.5 km. The plan of the city had a geometric shape, close to the square, with a rectangular-mesh architectural-planning scheme. The center of planning composition and communication node of the city of Skole was a square market square, in the middle of which was the Town Hall.
The article deals with the modeling of the repair of the roads of the territorial community in the presence of funds and depending on the state of roads. To simulate the proposed search method using the minimum spanning tree algorithm based on modified Prima. Examples of the use of the proposed approach within the framework of the Khodoriv territorial communities are presented.
Purpose. The aim of this publication is the research of existing method of calculation of index of specific factors that influence on the value of land, as well as a complex index of value of land resources both on the territory of specific functional and planning structures of the settlement and on the whole territory. On the basis of implemented research it became possible to improve the process of calculating the above-mentioned indexes and increase effi-ciency of land evaluation works in settlements. Methodology.
