Purpose – The purpose of the study is to clarify the conceptual and practical consequences of repealing the Commercial Code of Ukraine and transitioning to a new model of legal regulation of economic activity. Particular attention is given to identifying strategic benchmarks for legislative support of entrepreneurship under martial law, economic digitalization, and Ukraine’s integration into the European Union legal framework.

The purpose of this article is to highlight the topic of the emotional impact of the environment on society in the context of key research areas of contemporary urbanists. The scientific novelty of this work lies in identifying the main principles of modern urbanistic studies and the prospects for the evolution of urban planning. The article analyzes the characteristics of urban development in the 21st century. It explores the interconnection between urban planning and other scientific fields such as psychology, sociology, and economics.

Ukraine’s transition towards an energy-efficient economy, in the context of integration into the European area, represents a complex yet highly significant challenge. The post-war recovery of the country requires comprehensive modernisation of infrastructure in line with the principles of sustainable development and the standards of the European Union. Particular attention is drawn to the road construction sector, one of the most resource-intensive branches of the construction industry.

Military actions in Ukraine have severely affected water sources, mainly due to the destruction of dams, pumping stations, treatment facilities, canals, and the seizure of water infrastructure. These events damaged water supply systems and contaminated drinking sources, reducing reserves in certain areas. The issue is intensified in Ukraine due to the high industrialization of regions near active conflict zones. This study focuses on the impact of war on drinking water in the Dnipropetrovsk region, located 105–150 km from the front line.

A study has been conducted on the problems of sustainable development arising from the concept of achieving a balanced combination of economic growth, social progress, and environmental protection using the example of the modern development of retail trade. It has been established that the linear econ- omy model, which is based on the paradigm of consumption dominance, has led to the depletion of natural resources, environmental pollution, and climate change and does not meet the modern demands of society due to its negative socio-economic effects.

The study of the historical city of Ichnya with its rich historical past and great cultural heritage is relevant in our time. The article analyzes the historical development of the small city of Ichnya, organizes and systematizes information from various sources in the form of text descriptions and diagrams that highlight the key stages of its historical and urban development. Based on information sources, the history of the city's development is analyzed and the role of defensive, sacral and administrative buildings in shaping the cultural landscape of the city is determined.

The article reflects on the impact of artificial intelligence on the realization of cultural human rights in the context of digital transformation. The author analyzes how the latest technologies affect access to cultural resources, participation in cultural life, and preservation of cultural heritage. Particular attention is paid to the theoretical, legal and ethical aspects of the use of AI in the field of culture.

The paper presents the results of a study on the hydrodynamics of the stationary layer of wild carrot pomace during filtration drying, as a raw material for the production of ecological alternative solid fuel. The main geometric parameters of individual wild carrot pomace particles and the physicomechanical properties of the stationary layer were determined experimentally. A diagram of the experimental setup is provided.
