 The article discusses the issue of the essence and scientific status of philosophy. The case is made that philosophy is essentially related to worldview, because it revolves around the most general questions about the world, a human being, and its place in the world – worldview questions, or Big Philosophical Questions. This does not mean that philosophy is a worldview, or a collection of worldviews, or a science about worldviews.

Pedagogy is not the same. The main reason for the contradictory, different contents of the science of pedagogy in the methodology, presentation of the material. The methodology of scientific and didactic thought depends in most cases on the worldview of the author. In spiritual pedagogy, the canonical-legal worldview dominates. This worldview forms pedagogy on an ontological and spiritual basis. 

The article considers the problem of stylistic definition of objects of Lviv architecture in the 1990-2000s. Having studied the similar Ukrainian scientific publications, here is presented own arguments regarding the correct terminology for this type of objects. An important role is also given to the worldview prevailing at that time in professional circles, as it makes it possible to determine which values in design they adhered to - modernist or postmodern.

Problem setting. Public administration in Ukraine is an integral part of social system, but it needs to be modernized efficiently. This implies the need for a deep understanding of the current situation and a thorough analysis of the main factors of this development, especially socio-cultural ones.

The philosophical-legal analysis of co-operation, interdependence and influence of right and legalconsciousness is carried out. Investigational, that sense of justice is the companion of right, and that iswhy we can distinguish inherent to them general lines, namely: they belong to the single legal system;execute the normatively envisaged functions; characterized by a certain structure; stipulated by generalsocio-economic, political, ideological, cultural and other factors.

It was established that the right has all predicates values, first it is value, and consequently hierarchical, orderly, subordinated social system, function is the preservation, restoration and maintenance of the balance of social life. Secondly, since the right's value is inherently entity focused on the implementation of the above functions, it is some system “be appropriate”, and thus the system of mandatory, semantic (related content) oriented ideal entities – the norms of social and communication people.
