The article deals with the main issues of the reconciliation between guilty person and a victim of an administrative offence. The author of an article suggests his vision towards the application of the reconciliation, in specified by Ukrainian legislation cases, as one of the preventive measures of influence in order to educate the citizens to be fair and law-abiding under different circumstances.
The article is devoted to the analysis of historical aspects of legal procedural probation establishment from ancient times till nowadays. The author researches on legal rules of basic legal acts that were adopted at that times in a past, regarding those ones that revealed legal idea of the probation.
The article deals with the issues of criminal proceedings on the basis of agreements and its reforming, that helps to substantially simplify the entire criminal procedure, case decision, by shortening the lag time between the moment of crime and the time when the decision is upheld. However, from the other side we can observe the recession of level in a process of evidence proof in criminal cases and the violation of the presumption of innocence.

Summarizing, possible to establish that not having regard to the considerable variety of the above-mentioned approaches, they do not contradict and not matched against each other, and vice versa complement each other, from different parties, characterizing such difficult phenomenon of criminology, as a victim of crime.
The article defines “violent crime committed in the area of family relations” as interpersonal family conflict to be solved with the use of criminal and illegal power or influence of information to a family member that is a threat to the person causing physical and (or) mental harm .
