Peer Review Process

Article review

Articles which are submitted to the journal immediately sent for review to two independent experts. The reviewer reads the annotation of the article, then agrees or refuses to review this material. In case of refusal within several days another reviewer is appointed.

Within three months, the reviewers get acquainted with the material and evaluate its scientific level, filling in the "Review Form", which the editors then keep.

In the presented form, reviewers indicate their comments and upload files with corrections or materials that can be used in finalizing the article. After filling in the main "Review Form", the experts choose one of the proposed recommendations:

Accept the manuscript of the article - the submission is ready for publication and is accepted without changes

It is necessary to correct - it is accepted if the author takes into account the specified remarks

Return for review - the manuscript of the article will be accepted or rejected after revision and re-review

Send to another edition - the subject of the article is suitable for another edition

Reject the manuscript of the article - the submitted material does not meet the requirements of the publication

See comments - listed comments that need correction or other

Upon completion of the review process, all relevant information is sent to the author. During the week, the author finalizes the article and sends a new version. If after the specified term the article is not returned (or the delay is not reported to the editors) - the manuscript is removed from the queue and deleted.
