Open Access Policy

The journal’s editorial open access policy is developed based on the recommendations and standards of the Budapest Open Access Initiative.Budapest Open Access Initiative's definition of Open Access).

The journal’s editorial board aims to promote the advancement of global open access to scientific information and research. The publisher grants readers, researchers, and institutions free online access to all published materials in accordance with the terms of the license.  Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-SA). 

This license permits users to distribute, remix, adapt, and create derivative works based on the original in any format or medium solely for non-commercial purposes and only under the condition of crediting the creator. If you remix, adapt, or create derivative works based on this work, you must license the modified material under identical terms. CC BY-NC-SA includes the following elements:

 BY (Attribution):The creator's authorship must be acknowledged.

 NC (NonCommercial):Only non-commercial use of the work is permitted.

 SA (ShareAlike):Adaptations must be distributed under the same terms.

The journal provides immediate open access to all published materials, making research findings freely available to the public and promoting global knowledge exchange, which entails the following:

  • Every Internet user has free and unrestricted access to the full text of articles published in the journal. Manuscripts are freely accessible without subscription or financial barriers.
  • All materials are immediately available online following publication, without delay.
