Article retraction procedure

The Journal «Management and Entrepreneurship in Ukraine: Stages of Formation and Development Issues» upholds adherence to the COPE principles against all potential violations. Particular attention is paid to verifying the originality of works and preventing instances of plagiarism.

Resubmission. Authors must submit manuscripts that are unique and must not be submitted to any other journal, except in exceptional circumstances and only with the reviewer’s approval. Occasionally, authors may disregard this requirement by submitting the same manuscript to multiple journals or by submitting several manuscripts derived from the same research. As in cases of plagiarism, duplicate submission may take various forms: verbatim copying, partial yet significant copying, or even paraphrased duplication of the research. Violation of this policy will result in immediate rejection, along with possible sanctions against the authors.

Citation manipulation. Submitted manuscripts containing citations primarily aimed at increasing the number of references to a specific author's work or to articles published in a particular journal will be immediately rejected, and sanctions may be imposed on the authors.

Data falsification. If falsified or fabricated data of experimental results (including image manipulation) are detected in a submitted article, it will result in immediate rejection and potential sanctions against the authors.
