Increasing the efficiency of social services necessary for the reintegration of veterans is achieved through the optimization and digital transformation of relevant procedures. The article addresses the issue of information technology support for the reintegration of veterans into the community. Special attention is given to the analysis of existing information systems that facilitate veterans' adaptation to the social environment. A review of government platforms aimed at automating the process of providing social services to veterans is conducted, including the Unified Information System of the Social Sphere and the Unified State Register of War Veterans.
As part of the study, a mathematical model was developed to optimize the staffing of the social department to ensure high-quality and timely service delivery to veterans. The optimal staff distribution was determined based on data from the Davydiv Territorial Community in Lviv District, Lviv Region. A post-optimization analysis of the model was conducted to assess its sensitivity to changes in input parameters.
A structural model of information support was developed, covering key stages of client interaction and information flow management. To improve the organization of social services, the development of user stories was proposed to identify user needs and build effective usage scenarios for the system. Additionally, UML diagrams were created to illustrate the structure and functionality of the information system.
These approaches enable the optimization of social service staff composition and ensure the effective delivery of social services. It is noted that the implementation of regional or oblast-level information system networks will facilitate the accumulation of data necessary for comprehensive analysis of staff performance, the level of veteran support, and the quality of provided services.
