Research on the manufacturing of experimental biodegradable films (EBF) was carried out in the laboratory. Recipes containing 8, 10, and 15% of corn and potato starch were analyzed. It was found that the EBF based on potato starch with a 10% concentration is more plastic and retains its shape well compared to other samples.
The presented work demonstrates the results of the analysis of data from official sources of information on the range of antibacterial agents for the systematize the use of available in the pharmaceutical market of Ukraine.
The paper considers water purification processes from Bacillus bacteria type under the conditions of gases bubbling only (argon, helium, oxygen, and carbon dioxide), cavitation and combined action of gas and cavitation. The synergistic effect was found under conditions of simultaneous action of gas and cavitation (kd(gas/US ) >kd(gas) + kd(US) almost double) and it was shown that kd(gas/US) >kd(gas) by almost an order of magnitude.
Wastewater contaminated with hexamethylenediamine (HMD), which is discharged into natural reservoirs, causes damage and loss of hydrobionts, worsens the quality of water which becomes unsuitable for use. For wastewater treatment from HMD, the possibility of applying bacterial cultures-destructors which use the HMD as a nutrition source is considered.
Quantitative and qualitative composition of microorganisms have been determined by the microbiological methods of the analysis of natural waters and industrial wastewater. It is shown that the dominant microflora of the studied waters are Diplococcus, Sarcina, Bacillus, Pseudomonas bacteria types, blue-green algae of Oscillatoria types, as well as Saccharomyces yeast types. Morphological, physiological and cultural characteristics of colonies grown on nutrient media were studied to identify microorganisms.

Запропоновано подачу газів різної природи в реакційне середовище для знеза-
раження води від бактерій в умовах кавітації. Доведено, що подача газу впродовж
перших трьох хвилин процесу пришвидшує розбиття скупчень агрегатів у водному

походження як накопичувачів токсичних хімічних сполук. Наведено дані щодо
кількості відходів роботи підприємств хімічної, гірничорудної, лісової та деревооб-

The dynamics of the change of microbial amounts in water medium in sonication time was determined. Gases bubbling of different nature into the reaction medium for water disinfection from bacteria under cavitation conditions is proposed in the article. The rate constants of destruction of Bacillus cereus bacteria type in the gas atmosphere are expected. It was determined that the processes microorganisms’ destruction at bubbling of all investigated gases are described by the kinetic equations of the first order.
