The main strategic aspects of optimizing business processes in the context of sustainable development are substantiated. The results of the study highlight the specifics of implementing circular economy principles in the pharmaceutical industry by updating the environmen- tal, economic and social benefits of such a transition, as well as analyzing potential opportunities and challenges along the way.

Effectiveness of the Leading Companies in the Ukrainian Gambling Market

The presented study examines the effectiveness of key leaders in Ukraine’s gambling market in 2024-2025. The research analyzes the structure and volume of tax revenues generated by the gambling industry for the state budget from 2021 to early 2025. The performance of the ten most profitable gam- bling companies in Ukraine is assessed. The analysis is conducted using Kotter’s innovation implementa- tion model, which allows for an evaluation of the stages of gambling legalization.

Purpose. Renewal of fixed assets is the most important factor in ensuring sustainable development and competitiveness of enterprises. The process of updating fixed assets is a fundamental aspect of investment activity, directly affecting production efficiency and long-term growth. The purpose of this study is to develop and analyze a mathematical model that describes the dynamics of equipment replacement, taking into account the growth rates of the cost of fixed assets, their return on investment and service life.

The article presents a comprehensive examination of domestic and international experiences in developing management systems for recreational enterprises. A thorough comparative analysis was conducted, focusing on approaches to managing recreational enterprises in Europe (with case studies from Italy, Spain, and France), the United States, and Asia (exemplified by Japan, Singapore, and South Korea). This analysis facilitated the identification of strengths, weaknesses, and both shared and distinctive features when compared to domestic practices.
