The article formulates the advantages and challenges of implementing circular economy princi- ples in the pharmaceutical industry. The main strategic aspects of optimizing business processes in the context of sustainable development are substantiated. The results of the study highlight the specifics of implementing circular economy principles in the pharmaceutical industry by updating the environmen- tal, economic and social benefits of such a transition, as well as analyzing potential opportunities and challenges along the way.

The presented study examines the effectiveness of key leaders in Ukraine’s gambling market in 2024-2025. The research analyzes the structure and volume of tax revenues generated by the gambling industry for the state budget from 2021 to early 2025. The performance of the ten most profitable gam- bling companies in Ukraine is assessed. The analysis is conducted using Kotter’s innovation implementa- tion model, which allows for an evaluation of the stages of gambling legalization.

Purpose. Renewal of fixed assets is the most important factor in ensuring sustainable development and competitiveness of enterprises. The process of updating fixed assets is a fundamental aspect of investment activity, directly affecting production efficiency and long-term growth. The purpose of this study is to develop and analyze a mathematical model that describes the dynamics of equipment replacement, taking into account the growth rates of the cost of fixed assets, their return on investment and service life.

Purpose: The financialization of the economy is pivotal in contemporary economic development, facilitating investment attraction, resource allocation efficiency, and innovation stimulation. However, it can also lead to financial instability and income inequality, necessitating careful regulation. Financialization ensures access to financial resources essential for economic growth. Effective management of this process requires the application of relevant tactical tools of economic development, which can be generalized into external environmental influence factors.

The evolution of public architectural objects from antiquity to modernity is an important topic for understanding the transformation of public space, which serves not only the needs of functional use, but also cultural, social and political development. Since ancient times, public buildings have been key elements of the urban environment, where citizens have the opportunity to exchange ideas, participate in public events and form the identity of the community.

The article presents a comprehensive examination of domestic and international experiences in developing management systems for recreational enterprises. A thorough comparative analysis was conducted, focusing on approaches to managing recreational enterprises in Europe (with case studies from Italy, Spain, and France), the United States, and Asia (exemplified by Japan, Singapore, and South Korea). This analysis facilitated the identification of strengths, weaknesses, and both shared and distinctive features when compared to domestic practices.

Purpose. To analyze and explore the possibilities of using creative approaches to the creation and promotion of Ukrainian souvenirs as a tool for preserving and popularizing cultural heritage.

The article examines the specifics of state support for startup industries in European countries. The authors analyze the main directions and features of implementing state policies in the field of innovation and startup entrepreneurship development. Existing tools for activating innovative and startup activities applied worldwide were identified. State support for the startup industry includes financial and non-financial assistance, as well as the creation of a favorable business environment.

The article analyzes the “state service” category, which is one of the institutions through which important functions of state power are implemented. It is emphasized that the present with a high degree of probability proves the need for constant improvement of legal support for the activities of state authorities, which aims to solve urgent problems in the state caused by a number of factors, among which are global transformational processes that are taking place in almost all key spheres of state and social life.

Purpose – The purpose of this study is to develop a strategy for improving the innovation of domestic industrial enterprises in modern conditions. The basis for solving this problem is a deep retrospective analysis of innovation in Ukraine in terms of investment sources and areas of expenditure on innovation of industrial enterprises.
