Research into machine learning algorithms for the construction of mathematical models of multimodal data classification problems

Currently, machine learning algorithms (ML) are increasingly integrated into everyday life. There are many areas of modern life where classification methods are already used. Methods taking into account previous predictions and errors that are calculated as a result of data integration to obtain forecasts for obtaining the classification result are investigated. A general overview of classification methods is conducted. Experiments on machine learning algorithms for multimodal data are performed.

PECULIARITIES OF CLASSIFICATION AND USE OF NON-TARIFF REGULATION MEASURES

Purpose. The purpose of the research is to conduct a systematic study of existing classifications of measures of non-tariff regulation of foreign economic activity and analysis of the dynamics of the use of specific methods of non-tariff regulation in Ukraine and the world.

Density based fuzzy support vector machine: application to diabetes dataset

In this work, we propose a deep prediction diabetes system based on a new version of the support vector machine optimization model.  First, we determine three types of patients (noisy, cord, and interior) basing on specific parameters. Second, we equilibrate the clinical data sets by suppressing noisy and cord patients.  Third, we determine the support vectors by solving an optimization program with a reasonable size.

THE METHOD OF BOUNDED CONSTRUCTIONS OF LOGICAL CLASSIFICATION TREES IN THE PROBLEM OF DISCRETE OBJECTS CLASSIFICATION

The problem of constructing a model of logical classification trees based on a limited method of selecting elementary features for geological data arrays is considered. A method for approximating an array of real data with a set of elementary features with a fixed criterion for stopping the branching procedure at the stage of constructing a classification tree is proposed. This approach allows to ensure the necessary accuracy of the model, reduce its structural complexity, and achieve the necessary performance indicators.

Features of formation and development of the english-american legal system

The article analyzes the Anglo-American legal system. The theoretical and practical significance of the scientific analysis of legal systems, in particular the Anglo-American one, is analyzed. The role of legal systems, their classification, the main features of the modern Anglo-American legal family are studied, its main problems are determined. The classification of legal systems into national and supranational aims to reveal the nature of this entity, which is not closed within one state.

A study of methods for texture classification of SEM images of micro-surfaces of objects and their segmentation

Purpose. The goal of this work was to develop and study the methods of texture classification of SEM images of micro surfaces of objects based on the statistical and spectral characteristics of texture fragments, as well as a comparative analysis of segmentation methods of SEM images. Methods. The determination of the texture characteristics was based on statistical moments computed by the brightness histogram of a SEM- image or its region. The spectral measures of texture of SEM image were based on properties of the Fourier spectrum.

ANALYSIS OF CYBERPHYSICAL SYSTEMS POTENTIAL FOR AGRICULTURAL APPLICATION

Ensuring an effective state policy in the field of creation and functioning of the Cyber-Physical Systems (further – CPS) in Ukraine requires a detailed study of the current state and analysis of trends in the development of CPS, their types in the world in the field of agro-industry, the peculiarities of public governance mechanisms in the leading countries of the world and especially in the EU, improvement of regulatory and legal support on CPS in Ukraine, adopting national and international standards as national, on different requirements and technical characteristics necessary for the f

Monitoring of coniferous forest drying in Precarpathian region using remote sensing data

Purpose. The aim of this research is monitoring of coniferous forests of Tukhlya forestry in Precarpathian region using medium and high resolution satellite images and images obtained from an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV). Methodology. To monitor the condition of forests of Tukhlya Forestry, a technique based on using satellite images with different spectral characteristics and resolutions, images obtained from UAVs and, accordingly, their processing by different methods, was used.

METROLOGICAL MONITORING SUPPORT WITH THE USE OF THE UNMANNED AERIAL VEHICLES

The  use  of  state-of-the-art  technologies  for  the  standardization  of  work  related  to  environmental monitoring,  technological  processes,  urban  and  rural  infrastructures  requires  an  entire  system  of metrological  supervision. The drone is an unmanned aerial vehicle. The purpose of such systems of autonomous action, intended for flight and their performance of some operations can be potentially dangerous to humans. With the use of appropriate electronic equipment one can determine the level of air pollution and conduct the research.
