Formulation of the problem. The regulatory and legal principles of the competence of state authorities and local self-government in Ukraine formation have been studied. The contents of the Ukraine key laws regarding local self-government bodies and modern concepts of their activities are disclosed. It was found that there is no unified conceptual vision of the local self-government bodies status, competencies, and responsibilities in Ukraine.

Problem setting. Economic development is very important in the processes of positive transformations  of the country, a large part of ensuring economic growth is transport infrastructure, one of the main types of which is road transport. Recently, the Ukrainian economy has been weakened by the global crisis, the Covid-19 pandemic, and the worst thing that has happened so far is the extremely difficult martial law and the Russian invasion with a full-scale war against Ukraine.

Problem setting. Ukraine is on the path of systemic institutional transformations, which consist in modernization of the civil service and human resources management, formation of a new personnel policy with the use of modern HR technologies, the implementation of which is impossible without proper legislative support.

The current state of provision of medicines to the population of the country from the standpoint of government programs, Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, Orders of the Ministry of Health on the purchase of medicines was considered. The development and improvement of hospital pharmacy during the years of Ukraine's independence were analyzed. The legal framework for the purchase of medicines and medical devices to provide health care facilities is considered.

Розкрито поняття та зміст протидії під час розслідування злочинів у сфері службової
діяльності. Проаналізовано окремі нормативно-правові акти щодо подолання такої проти-
дії. Визначено основні правові та криміналістичні засоби подолання протидії, що їх вчи-
няють службові особи під час розслідування злочинів. Окреслено окремі тактичні прийоми,
які використовують у подоланні протидії під час розслідування зазначених злочинів.

The objectives of this article are to determine the essence and structure of the institutional environment, as well as to study its impact on the formation and activities of recreation and tourism in Ukraine.

The article reveals the essence of the institutional environment from different points of view. The formal and informal institutions are defined and their role is highlighted. Considerable attention is paid to the analysis of normative legal acts and state electronic resources of a number of foreign countries.

Was made an analysis of standard acts that are regulating the realization of geodetic measurements for national landscape cadastre purposes. The research have touched upon the influence of quadratic mean mistakes of boundary-marks coordinates determination on quadratic mean mistake of determination of land parcels areas outside the boundaries of settlements.
