The importance of involving citizens in the dialogue through the promotion of digitized historical documents has been shown on the example of the Museum of History of the Lviv Polytechnic University.

The results of research into the process of grouping authors of printed text messages in social networks are presented. The hypothesis about the possibility of grouping authors based on the results of the classification of their text messages has been confirmed. For this purpose, the virtual robot builds an intelligent monitoring agent for grouping the authors of social network text messages. The peculiarity of these messages is that they are short texts.

A method for detecting sources of disinformation and inauthentic behavior of chat users in social networks has been developed. The developed model is based on the analysis of text information using modern machine learning algorithms, in particular classifiers (SVM, Naive Bayes, decision trees, etc.) and clustering methods to identify structural relationships between news and users. Considerable attention is paid to the collection and balancing of datasets, as well as the visualization of networks to assess the spread of fake news.

It was found that the key factors influencing the popularity of e-sports media are the efficiency of content presentation, the level of analytics, and the direct presence of journalists at tournaments.
