Axiological determination of constitutional identity
The article outlines meaningful priorities that reveal the essence of identity, in particular, individual and social constants of identity are highlighted by means of philosophical and legal modeling of their interaction. It has been proven that the concept of identity has the potential of one of the most powerful concepts in today's globalized society. The phenomenon of identity is a unique prism through which the main spheres of human existence are understood, analyzed and interpreted.
This article explores the ideological and narrative foundations of various forms of architectural historicism, marked by the identities manifestation which emerged in the era of modern nations appearance. The difference between the concepts of the three national communities - Ukrainian, Polish and Russian and how these concepts were conveyed with the help of architectural stylistics is outlined.
Abstract. The rapid processes of change in society require a meaningful assessment of modern life. The situational critique present in the society constitutes the philosophical narrative in the plane of discursive comprehension of the multi-vector methodological analysis and synthesis of the semantics of communication.
The article deals with the problem of actualization of the cultural memory potential as a social tool in the process of identity construction in the conditions of the Ukrainian society democratic transformation. The main thesis of the article is that the cultural memory has mighty resources in the conditions of a democratic and lawful state, securing forming, preserving, transferring and developing of cultural norms, values, knowledge and meanings, contributing to integration, social consolidation.
