LEGISLATIVE MECHANISMS FOR PRESERVING BIODIVERSITY AND COMBATING INVASIVE FLORA AS A CONDITION FOR THE ECOLOGICAL SAFETY OF LANDSCAPES

The paper examines legislative mechanisms for biodiversity conservation and combating invasive flora as key instruments for ensuring the ecological safety of landscapes. Emphasis is placed on the need to improve the regulatory framework in the field of environmental protection, taking into account current environmental challenges. It analyzes existing national and international legal acts that regulate biodiversity conservation, as well as the specifics of the legal regime for managing invasive plant species.

ENVIRONMENTAL ASPECTS OF TRADE AND LOGISTICS CENTERS

In modern conditions of globalization and environmental challenges, the greening of enterprise activities, in particular in the areas of trade and logistics, is of particular importance. This article reveals the essence of the ecological characteristics of trade and logistics enterprises as important business entities that have a significant impact on the environment.

HYDROCHEMICAL ANALYSIS OF SURFACE WATER PARAMETERS DYNAMICS IN THE RIKA AND TEREBLIA RIVER (UKRAINE)

This study assesses the hydrochemical dynamics of the Rika and Tereblia Rivers in Ukraine to evaluate water quality trends. Key water quality parameters, including biological oxygen demand, dissolved oxygen, total suspended solids, ammonium, nitrate, nitrite, phosphate, and sulphate, were analysed over a 10-year monitoring period. Statistical tools, such as Pearson correlation and regression analysis, were applied to determine relationships among these parameters and identify pollution sources.

Improving the Method for Producing Adsorbents from Agro-Industrial Wastes

A multi-stage method for producing an absorbent with increased absorption capacity based on agro-industrial wastes has been proposed. The method includes treatment of raw materials with sulfuric acid, mechanochemical modification, electrostatic separation, and cavitation stage. The expediency of the proposed adsorbent usage in the process of purification of contaminated water from fats, phenols, petroleum products, and heavy metal ions has been proved. The complex application of adsorbents (absorption of gaseous pollutants and wastewater purification) has been tested.

EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH OF INDUSTRIAL WATER PARAMETERS OF CANNING PLANT AND BAKERY. ANALYSIS OF TREATMENT TECHNOLOGIES

One of the industries that uses large amounts of water is the food industry. Industrial, domestic managers of the production process stand out with it and enter the environment surrounded by contaminated effluents. Their main feature is the high content of dissolved organic matter and nitrogen. You can also create wall water to create aggregate-resistant colloids, which include animal and vegetable fats, proteins, starch, sugar, as well as salts, carbohydrates, dyes, thickeners, preservatives.
