Recently, articulated buses with a capacity of 150-200 people have been increasingly used in passenger transportation. The overall length of such buses is limited to 18.5 meters. It is explained by the need to meet regulatory requirements for maneuverability.
Purpose – The article is devoted to the study of the post-war reconstruction of territorial communities. It is justified that the restoration of territorial communities should be started now, and not wait for the end of the war. The challenges faced by communities in the face of a full-scale invasion are analyzed. Factors affecting the stability of territorial communities, in particular the involvement of local residents, their willingness to participate in solving community problems, were studied.
Розглядається задача знаходження режимних параметрів роботи газотранспортної системи, яка зводиться до розв’язання системи рівнянь у частинних похідних методом скінченних елементів. На стійкість знаходження розв’язку суттєво впливає крок за часовою координатою. Запропоновано адаптивний алгоритм зменшення впливу величини кроків на стійкість розв’язку. Крім цього, запропоновано алгоритм зменшення часу розв’язування режимних задач способом редагування технологічних схем – моделі структури системи транспортування газу.

Potential mobility that meets the requirements of population displacement is determined following the biological and social needs, socio-economic characteristics, production necessity, and cultural needs. Because of the multifactor character and complexity of relationships, it is impossible to determine the potential mobility by a calculation method. The feasibility of different target movements, depending on their distance, is regarded by rural populations differently.
