The architectural reconstruction and technical refurbishing of the new facility of the School of Performance were concerned with accommodating the needs of teaching, production, and performance in a found space, the basement of Ryerson University’s Student Learning Centre with utilizing of the state-of-the-art technologies. Kyiv Academician Theatre of the Podil, one of the leading drama theatre companies in Ukraine, has finally got the permanent home with the state-of-the-art performing facility.

The article is devoted to the review of the notion of the principle of adversarialism and
the proof of a reasonable relationship between the competition principle, the equality of the
parties and the activity of the court in order to ensure equality of evidence of the parties’
capabilities, which should be in line with the tendencies towards the socialization of the
functions of justice.

In recent times, in the world, more attention is paid to one of the main components of the competitiveness of products – its quality. This is due to the globalization and openness of the markets, an increasing number of diverse products.

The synthesis and coverage of foreign experience in the organization of production at industrial enterprises has a diverse focus and encompasses methods that increase the productivity of their productive activities in various ways. In this context, the Japanese experience of organizing production deserves special attention. The advantages of its application are demonstrated by Japanese companies that are world leaders in terms of achieved product quality, productivity, stock optimization, in-house and other costs.

The article reveals organizational and technological features of flour milling enterprises activity and defined the nature of their impact on cost accounting construction. We have built a model of the system input and output quality control of harvesting and processing of grain at the specialized enterprises. The characteristics of the technological process of harvesting and processing of grain, which affect the recognition, the structure of the operation costs  and the formation of the major and by-products' cost is given. 

The article deals with scientific and industrial aspects of the development of geothermal resources in Ukraine. Geological, technical, technological, social and economic aspects were analyzed that can provide a general assessment of the commercial development of geothermal energy. Formulated scientific and technical tasks of efficiently use geothermal power plants (HTEU) type “tube in tube” that will use data HTEU all active geothermal areas of Ukraine with full environmental safety.
