Formulation of the problem. Social and political transformations observed in the public sphere of Ukrainian society involve increasing attention to the activities of public agencies and the development of communicative activities both between them and between them and the population. Public agencies should implement their activities on the basis of openness, transparency and publicity, using the latest forms, methods and approaches to the implementation of communicative activities.

Purpose – The purpose of this study is to develop a strategy for improving the innovation of domestic industrial enterprises in modern conditions. The basis for solving this problem is a deep retrospective analysis of innovation in Ukraine in terms of investment sources and areas of expenditure on innovation of industrial enterprises.

Problem setting. The food industry of Ukraine holds a unique position among other industries, as it is one of the backbone elements of the national economy, is in the top five industries in terms of filling the state budget, ranks second in terms of production in the structure of industrial production in Ukraine, providing one of the highest growth rates of production volumes among other sectors of the economy.

The goal of the research is to develop the guidelines for increasing the capacity of the operating 300 MW power-generating units by using the allowances assumed at the design computations and manufacture of the power-generating equipment, while preserving its reliability criteria and performance efficiency. The capacity of the operating power-generating units is increased in three stages.

The article presents an analytical review of promising trends in apartment housing for the next 15 years. In particular, the following trends have been identified: increasing the role of energy efficiency, reducing housing stories, increasing dwelling diversity, increasing the role of environmental and ethical factors in diversifying housing management, modernization, cooperative building retrieval, appearance housing policy. 

The article deals with the issues of modernization of the educational and recreational camp “Polytechnic – 3” Lviv Polytechnic National University in Kobleve Mykolaiv region. The goals are to increase profitability, general amenities, attraction and provide competitive ability in comparison with other similar neighboring works. The main problems that have accumulated over the exploitation period of the work are analyzed and systematized according to their degree of relevance. Moreover the variants and ways of their solution are offered.

The theoretical aspects of production potential of industrial enterprise are revealed in the article. The authors considered different approaches linked to the meaning of enterprise’s production potential.  It was taken into account a lot of definitions given by various authors in their scientific, education research over the last 10-15 years.

In the face of global challenges, which are constantly and sometimes sufficiently monitored as a result of increased competition in foreign markets, there is a need for a qualitatively new acceleration of the development of the Ukrainian economy and a double growth of the domestic gross product through the use of modern scientific and technological advancements, on an innovative basis.
