Legal regulation of professional pre-higher education in Ukraine

The article analyzes the norms of the law of Ukraine “On Professional pre-higher
Education”. It emphasized the practically oriented nature of this educational level. Legal bases
of functioning of professional pre-higher education are defined. The article also examines the
dual form of education as the most effective form of education.The competence of state and
local self-government bodies in the field of professional pre-higher education concerning
employment and the labor market is outlined.

THE IMPACT OF THE DIGITAL ECONOMY ON THE REDUCTION OF NEGATIVE CONSEQUENCES OF SOCIAL RISK

The main tendencies of development of digitalization of economy are investigated in the article. Socio-economic changes affect the rapid implementation of new technologies. The reasons underlying such changes are multifaceted and complex, but they affect individual, social and economic needs and place new demands on the level of skill of employees and change the structure of the labor market. Therefore, the author substantiates the need to reduce the impact of digitalization of the economy on social risks.

Personnel efficiency assessment of the industrial enterprise on the principles of marketing

The article deals with the basic aspects of personnel assessment of the industrial enterprise on the principles of marketing; the role of the marketing approach in determining the value of an mployee in the labor market, and the formation of a modern and potentially viable competencies of personnel is emphasized; the importance of the social aspect ofpersonnel efficiency assessment in terms of the spread of socio humanistic trends is underlined.

Market research of the Ukrainian labour market

This paper analyzes the features of market research of the Ukrainian labor market. In particular, the analysis and forecast of the International Labour Organisation (ILO ) on the overall unemployment rate in the world are illustrated. Also the demand and supply of labor in Ukraine in 2013 and the employment rate in Ukraine by sectors in 2000–2012 were analyzed. The essence of the concepts of “labor market”, “market research” and the role of market research in the labor market of Ukraine are described.

Ways of solving problems of graduates on the labour market: interaction of educational institutions and employers

The necessity of interaction between educational institutions and employers at the present stage of labor market development is substantiated. There is presented the scheme which describes advantages of such interaction for both educational institutions and employers. The scheme is directed at establishing mutually beneficial cooperation between them.
