THE IMPACT OF COMPLEX ECOSYSTEMS IN THE FOOD INDUSTRY

Today, in food safety, one of the most difficult to identify by visual methods, without accredited methodological practices, is microbiological contamination, which carries a risk of product quality reduction and a high risk of consumer poisoning by pathogenic microorganisms. This type of contamination can pose a significant threat to the health of the consumer and incur both reputational and financial losses for the manufacturer. In a highly competitive food manufacturing environment, manufacturers must pay attention to the risks that affect them.

USE OF MICROWAVE RADIATION FOR EFFECTIVE PURIFICATION OF WASTEWATER FROM ORGANIC COMPOUNDS

This article is devoted to the problem of using microwave radiation as a potentially effective method of cleaning wastewater from organic compounds. The problem of cleaning wastewater from organic contaminants in the food industry requires highly effective methods since protein compounds in wastewater can cause environmental hazards and complicate the cleaning process.

Ways to increase the efficiency of sales activities of the enterprises of the food industry of Ukraine in the conditions of international economic activity

The food industry in Ukraine is a significant contributor to the country’s economy, with a range of products that cater to both domestic and international markets. food industry to maintain and increase their sales efficiency. This article aims to address this challenge by exploring the ways in which enterprises in the food industry of Ukraine can enhance their sales activities in the context of international economic activity.

STUDY OF THE ANAEROBIC PROCESS OF INDUSTRIAL WATER PURIFICATION IN COMBINATION WITH SORPTION METHODS

The issues of rational use of natural resources, ecological safety and environmental protection are extremely urgent and require immediate human influence on the optimization of technological processes, reducing the impact on the ecosystem. The implementation of food industry technology is accompanied by the formation of a significant amount of wastewater, into which about a third of processed raw materials go, and the concentration of polluting components in them is 10...100 times higher than in household water.

Modernization of the food industry in the context of sustainable development of Ukraine: public-management aspect

Problem setting. The food industry of Ukraine holds a unique position among other industries, as it is one of the backbone elements of the national economy, is in the top five industries in terms of filling the state budget, ranks second in terms of production in the structure of industrial production in Ukraine, providing one of the highest growth rates of production volumes among other sectors of the economy.

EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH OF INDUSTRIAL WATER PARAMETERS OF CANNING PLANT AND BAKERY. ANALYSIS OF TREATMENT TECHNOLOGIES

One of the industries that uses large amounts of water is the food industry. Industrial, domestic managers of the production process stand out with it and enter the environment surrounded by contaminated effluents. Their main feature is the high content of dissolved organic matter and nitrogen. You can also create wall water to create aggregate-resistant colloids, which include animal and vegetable fats, proteins, starch, sugar, as well as salts, carbohydrates, dyes, thickeners, preservatives.

ECOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF MODERNIZATION OF ALCOHOL INDUSTRY ENTERPRISES AT THE PRESENT STAGE OF DEVELOPMENT

At the present stage of development, the entire world industry has faced the problem of rational use of renewable natural resources, in particular the most efficient ways of wastewater treatment and the use of accumulated waste in the production process as a secondary raw material.

Моделювання та просторовий аналіз емісійних процесів від целюлозно-паперової та харчової промисловостей Польщі

The mathematical models for spatial analysis of GHG emission processes from pulp, paper, food products and beverages have been developed. Using geoinformation technology the estimates of GHG emissions in Poland at the level of production plants, as well as at the level of elementary areas 2 km  2 km in size have been obtained.
