У даній статті буде розглянуто ключові моменти та проблемні питання, що стосуються здійснення провадження у справах про адміністративні правопорушення, пов’язані з корупцією. Адже відповідальність за корупційні правопорушення і правопорушення, пов’язані з корупцію, та протидія їм за допомогою правоохоронної діяльності продовжує залишатись одним з елементів системи запобігання корупції.
Досліджено адміністративні та правові аспекти діяльності правоохоронних органів у сфері захисту права власності. Здійснено дослідження сучасного стану адміністративних та правових відносин у сфері захисту права власності. Розглянуто завдання, які поставила держава перед правоохоронними органами щодо захисту права власності.
У статті розглянуто теоретичні та прикладні аспекти нормативно-правового регулювання адміністративної відповідальності у сфері трудової міграції. Проаналізовано склади адміністративних правопорушень у сфері трудової міграції, передбачені чинним законодавством. Розглянуто окремі аспекти гармонізації національного законодавства щодо адміністративної відповідальності з законодавством країн-членів Європейського Союзу. Визначено проблемні питання та запропоновано шляхи вдосконалення нормативно-правової бази.
