Висвітлено феномен кафедри дизайну архітектурного середовища Інституту архітектури Національного університету “Львівська політехніка” у її концептуальному, творчому і часовому розвитку на шляху до архітектурної освіти і професії майбутнього.
Проаналізовано основні завдання, які ставлять перед собою недержавні громадські організації, здійснюючи діяльність в Україні. Виокремлено основні функції недержавних громадських організацій, реалізація яких має певні зовнішні форми. Визначено мету, сфери діяльності та джерела фінансування цих організацій. Звернено увагу на недоліки діяльності недержавних громадських організацій. Наведено авторське визначення форм діяльності недержавних громадських організацій.
Досліджено особливості поняття поведінки, сутнісний зміст якої на сучасному етапі трансформації суспільства розкривається через такі категорії і поняття, як “людина”, “соціум”, “діяльність”, “суспільні” й “виробничі відносини”, “суспільне життя”, “особистість” тощо. Поведінку розглянуто як сукупність послідовних учинків або систему дій людини, як практичну, реальну або реалізовану дію, яка, найперше, є різновидом поведінки, осмисленим комплексом учинків.
На філософсько-правовому рівні проаналізовано дефініцію індивідуальності у системі соціальних зв’язків. З’ясовано, що індивідуальність – одна з основних властивостей особистості, її суттєва характеристика, яка визначається за формою та способом буття людини як суб’єкта свідомої діяльності. Доведено, що формування особистості визначається історично системою суспільних відносин, культурою певної епохи, яку вона поступово опановує під час суспільної життєдіяльності. Від того, які саме соціальні чинники формують особистість, залежать і її індивідуальні риси.
The article detailed analysis of the problem of individual behavior in social and legal discourse, describes the value orientation of man as a philosophical and legal category. Thebehavior of a set of actions and deeds, expressions and forms of activity that are primarily categories of social philosophy and covers the objectives, means and results of the process of form.
