У статті досліджено проблемні питання дослідження документів у кредитно-фінансовій сфері. У матеріалі слідчої перевірки ознаки злочинної діяльності містяться головним чином у документах і роз’ясненнях осіб, а саме: актах перевірки, ревізії податкових органів, перевірки НБУ та внутрішніх ревізій банку (аудиту); бухгалтерських і фінансових документах, що містять сліди підробок тощо;  офіційних заявах керівництва банку, виписках потерпілих тощо.

Розроблено новий метод захисту даних, в основу якого покладено безпеку друку. В загальному випадку цей метод може бути застосований для безпеки фінансових документів, таких як банкноти та цінні папери. Метод захисту створює приховані повідомлення чи зображення, котрі стають видимими на підроблених документах. Розглянуто шлях підвищення ефективності виявлення цифрових зображень та локалізації несанкціонованого впливу “copy paste”.

The features of proof process are investigational in ordering proceedings. Judicial practice is analyzed in relation to proofs that are confirming each of claims according to which the forensic order can be issued. It is established, that the stage of presentation of proofs in ordering proceedings, unlike a lawsuit, gathers with the moment of presentation of statement about delivery of order of court. Such sign of ordering proceedings as a documentary is peculiar only to the moment of debtor’s appeal of forensic order.
