Викладено досвід побудови автоматизованої системи управління адміністративними процесами у Національному університеті біоресурсів і природокористування України. Описано окремі модулі інформаційного середовища та зазначено шляхи його створення та розвитку. The article presents the experience of construction of computer information system for management of administrative processes at the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine, the basic modules of the information environment and a tasks for the future development of the system.
