The article deals with methods of research of an information product, methods of analysis of its performances, methods of forecasting future states of an information product, outlines the major complexities involved in this.
This paper belongs to the field of systems engineering and is aimed at improving the qualitative indices of information technologies or systems with multidimensional characteristics (e.g. vector data coding design) with respect to reliability, precision and other significant operating characteristics of the systems based on the combinatorial configurations theory, namely the principle of optimal cyclic proportions (OCP).

Обґрунтовано, що в Україні вже сьогодні створено умови для формування start-up на платформі ВНЗ, при цьому доведено, що всі учасники start-up –підприємства, фірми, ВНЗ, викладачі, студенти тощо – мають чітко виражену мотивацію. На основі проведених досліджень сформовано рекомендації щодо законодавчого закріплення деяких елементів мотивування інноваційного процесу. Розроблено методи для створення та управління start-up на платформі ВНЗ в умовах сучасного стану економіки України.
Зображено актуальність застосування реінжинірингу бізнес-процесів як сучасного методу управління вітчизняними промисловими підприємствами, які функціонують в умовах певної економічної нестабільності. Досліджено та схематично наведено еволюцію поняття реінжиніринг бізнес-процесів, яка зображає змістове наповнення цього засобу управління та показує ключову роль інформаційних технологій у розвитку теорії реінжинірингу на сучасному етапі господарювання.
Наведено результати моделювання компонентів фітомаси деревостанів головних лісотвірних порід Підкарпатського, Малопольського і Сілезького воєводств та депонованого в них вуглецю. Складено багатошарову цифрову карту та проведено георозподілений аналіз депонованого вуглецю лісів Польщі.
