Uniformity of judicial practice is an important condition for the modern judicial system of our country in the context of globalization and integration into the European legal space. 

It is proved that the unity of judicial practice is not an end in itself; judicial practice should primarily serve to establish justice and protect people and their rights. Courts must make decisions and resolve complex cases; they should not evade decision-making by arguing that there is no regulatory framework, while deviating from previous case law.

Загальнотеоретична юридична наука по суті є практичною дисципліною. Тому не встановлений інституційний дуалізм прикладної та теоретичної юриспруденції в університетах, на відміну, наприклад, від математики чи фізики. Однак погляд на попередню історію права показує, що був період, коли юридична теорія піддавалась фундаментальним дослідженням. Водночас з ентузіазмом сприймали аргументи з суміжних дисциплін, таких як філософія та соціальні науки, саме задля теоретичної розробки методології права. На жаль, цей золотий вік теорії закінчився.

В статті наведено сформовано підхід щодо формування ефективних управлінських команд з урахуванням комплексного розгляду завдань, які постають перед організацією. Зокрема досліджено теоретичні основи вирішення прикладних проблем адаптації систем менеджменту з урахуванням людського фактору. Представлено бачення управління організацією через тріаду теорія – політика – практика, розкрито сутність кожного вказаного елемента в менеджменті. Запропоновано типологічний підхід щодо оцінювання світогляду менеджерів з урахуванням такого підходу в спеціалізованому тривимірному просторі.

The problem of violence in politics and practice of Stalin’s totalitarian regime, the gist of
which lied in the physical destruction, moral and psychological oppression and conquest of all
citizens of the state is analysed.
The effective methods of the implementation of this programme were the politics and
practice of violence, repressions, terror and fear, the lack of human’s rights before the Soviet
authorities.
