A method of estimating the size of metrological risk using a comprehensive indicator is being proposed in our article. It gives the possibility to assess the weight of the impact of each structural level on the comprehensive indicator, identifies the factors that cause this risk and vulnerabilities in the system of metrological support of production.
The metrological risks of goods production are studied in the work. They are estimated conjugating with the existing technology as well as its metrological support. It is confirmed that in addition to the factors due to the processing of measurement results, the peculiarities of metrological support should be taken into account. One of the characteristic parameters of the metrological instruments is the variance of the measured value.
В останні часи у світі все більше уваги приділяється одній з основних складових конкурентоспроможності продукції – її якості. Це зумовлено тим, що, враховуючи глобалізацію та відкритість ринків, на світовий ринок потрапляє все більша кількість різноманітної продукції і її якість виходить на перший план. До цього також спонукає доступність її вибору і вимогливість споживачів.
Проаналізовано трактування терміна “ризик” та суміжних понять у різних нормативних документах, зокрема у галузевому стандарті німецьких автовиробників VDA 6.3 та у міжнародному термінологічному стандарті ISO. Виявлено часткову неузгодженість в їх тлумаченні. Показано, що вдосконалювати чинне нормативне забезпечення щодо аудиту процесів життєвого циклу продукції необхідно, на основі вимог ISO/IEC з врахуванням галузевої виробничої специфіки.
Розглянуто й проаналізовано шляхи поєднання методології метрології та кваліметрії – наукової галузі, предметом вивчення якої є кількісне оцінювання якості продукції. З позиції сучасного розвитку світової метрології розглянуто види вимірюваних величин у кваліметрії та методи їх вимірювань.
