Досліджено проблеми планування витрат на забезпечення якісних параметрів про- дукції підприємства в умовах зовнішньоекономічної діяльності. Виявлено причини введення ключових принципів управління якістю у технологію планування витрат на забезпечення якісних параметрів продукції. Сформовано рекомендації щодо введення планування асортиментної політики на основі градації витрат і якісних параметрів продукції на підприємстві в умовах зовнішньоекономічної діяльності.

У статті подано детальний опис стану збереженості унікального готичного алебастрового порталу парафіяльного костелу в Дрогобичі. Визначено положення порталу в плані костелу. Встановлено основні причини та наслідки руйнування алебастрового каменю. Опрацьовано та доповнено історичну довідку про фундацію порталу і зміни які відбулись під час відновлювальних робіт в ХХ столітті. Згідно з результатами проведених досліджень (мікроаналіз, візуальні спостереження, порівняння) встановлено родовище з якого постачали камінь для зведення порталу.

The article considers the concept of motivation (one of functions of management which provides prompting of employees to act in order to personal goals and objectives of the enterprise) and the role of stimulation for its implementation on enterprises are defined. Formation of effective stimulation system belongs to the main tasks that must be addressed in the motivations of workers on enterprises. The model of the motivation through needs are researched, the innovative development of industrial enterprises, their innovative activity, national innovation infrastructure studied.
