The effect of fuel oil on the environmental parameters of diesel fuel and the possibility of using it to reduce environmental pollution from road transport were investigated. It was established that fuel oil additives have a positive effect on the main parameters that can affect the ecology of diesel fuels and ensure their support according to Euro standards. The optimal concentrations of fuel oil additives for improving the environmental parameters of diesel fuel, such as density, viscosity, cetane index, boiling points of 10% and 50% fractions, were determined.

Understanding the mechanics of a turbulent boundary layer is important, since in most practical problems it is the turbulent boundary layer that is primarily responsible for the surface shear force or surface resistance. The velocity distribution in a turbulent boundary layer on a flat plate is considered parallel to the flow. It is important to know the correlations between the boundary layer thickness and shear stress. Therefore, the problem of controlling the flow in a boundary layer on a flat plate is one of the important problems of boundary layer mechanics.

In fluid and gas mechanics, a subject that has been the focus of considerable scholarly attention is the modeling of flow phenomena on streamlined surfaces. These surfaces, which are typically installed in a parallel orientation to the direction of the free stream, play a pivotal role in the study of fluid dynamics. The boundary layer theory represents a pivotal branch of fluid dynamics, given the airflow plate is characterized by a high Reynolds number of airflow velocity entering the plate's plane surface contexts.

The suspension oligomerization of the unsaturated hydrocarbons of the C9 fraction of liquid by-products of diesel fuel pyrolysis initiated by N-(tert-Butylperoxymethyl)-4- chloroaniline was investigated. The influence of reaction conditions (reaction temperature and time, mixing intensity,  dispersed phase content, initiator concentration) on the yield and physico-chemical characteristics of hydrocarbon resins was determined. The optimal reaction conditions were selected.

Розглянуто актуальну проблему видобутку та переробки важких високов’язких нафт в Україні та світі. Встановлено, що основні запаси важких високов’язких нафт у світі розміщені в Південній і Північній Америці, на Близькому Сході, а в Україні – у східних регіонах. Проаналізовано різноманітні класифікації важких високов’язких нафт, які використовують як в Україні, так і у світі. Розглянуто основні способи видобування важких високов’язких нафт, зокрема кар’єрний, шахтний і свердловинний. Здійснено огляд технологічних процесів переробки важких високов’язких нафт.

The article presents a three-dimensional mathematical model of the gas filtration process in porous media and a numerical algorithm for solving the initial-boundary value problem.  The developed model is described using the nonlinear differential equation in partial derivatives with the appropriate initial and boundary conditions.  The proposed mathematical apparatus makes it possible to carry out hydrodynamic calculations taking into account changes in the main factors affecting the process under consideration: permeability, porosity, and thickness of layers, gas recovery coefficient, visc

Проаналізовано накопичений досвід у напрямку створення біоактивних ситалів для кісткових імплантатів та методів їх зміцнення. Обрано склади та синтезовано модельні стекла, досліджено взаємозв’язок кристалізаційної здатності та в’язкості ситалів. Синтезовано композиційні матеріали на основі ситалів і діоксиду цирконію, досліджено їх механічні властивості та встановлено перспективність їх використання при створенні кісткових імплантатів.

Запропоновано спосіб модифікації полімерних водних дисперсій за допомогою загусників, а саме естерів целюлози. Досліджено вплив природи плівкоутворюючого агенту на реологічні властивості системи за різного ступеню деформації зсуву. Визначено структурно-механічні та реологічні властивості досліджуваних систем. Встановлено, що гідроксиетилцелюлоза є кращим загусником у порівнянні з карбоксиметилцелюлозою. Гідроксиетилцелюлоза надає двокомпонентним системам більш чітко визначені псевдопластичні властивості, що полегшує виробництво та застосування фарб.

Запропоновано підхід до одержання пружно-в‘язких систем на основі хітозану без зшиваючих агентів, суть якого полягає у формуванні додаткової сітки фізичних зв‘язків внаслідок введення низькомолекулярного модифікатора – етанолу або гліцерину. Встановлено, що структуроутворення хітозану в розчині супроводжується формуванням додаткової сітки фізичних зв‘язків, вузлами якої є агрегати молекул хітозану, сформовані у змішаному розчиннику оцтова кислота-вода-гліцерин або оцтова кислота-вода-етанол.
