The purpose of this work is to analyze the learning processes at the second (master’s) level of higher education for the training of specialists in industrial engineering. To achieve the goal, an analysis was carried out and the importance of applied competencies and learning outcomes in the standard of higher education for obtaining the master’s degree in the specialty “Information and measurement technologies” was evaluated.

The article analyzes the structure of the process of professional formation of future managers, identifies the components of the characteristics of a future specialist that ensure effective management of professional formation. The concept of professional formation of the individual, which is considered by scientists as the formation of professional orientation, competence, socially significant and professionally important qualities and their integration, readiness for constant personal and professional growth, is de- fined.

The article establishes the relevance of researching the importance of applied competencies and learning results in the standard of higher education for obtaining the bachelor's degree in the specialty “Information and measurement technolo- gies”. To achieve the goal, the description and requirements of competencies and learning results were analyzed, and an algorithm for group expert assessment of their importance was proposed and substantiated. Based on the assessment, the priority of profes- sional competencies and learning results was established.

Analytics for modern business in the conditions of martial law. In particular, it is stated that corporate analytics is aimed at attracting investments, increasing business competitiveness and the efficiency of entrepreneurship, and implementing digital technologies. Corporate analysts play a key role in the implementation of these measures.

Introduction. The decentralization reform and the development of the local self- government system fundamentally changed the management tasks assigned to officials of local self-government bodies. These changes were most clearly manifested after the unification of territorial communities, which actualizes the problem of professionalization of officials, their ability to effectively exercise power and management powers in the conditions of a fast-moving environment.

The expediency of using competitive approach in professional training is substantiated. The concept of forming of creative positive professional thinking of students of technical universities (on the example of the analysis of comparative works of Julian Tuwim and Iryna Vilde) is grounded.

The article reveals the peculiarities of creating a professional culture of officials in public authorities, outlines the relevance of the article’s topic and provides an analysis of the status of scientific research of the issue. The main definitions of the concept of ‘professional culture’ have been studied. The article analyzes distinctive peculiarities of managers’ culture and the factors affecting the creation of a professional culture of public authority officials.

The issues regarding the normative legal framework for securing main rights, duties and responsibilities of the National Agency for Prevention of Corruption in Ukraine have been researched. The main rights and responsibilities of the National Agency for Prevention of Corruption in Ukraine and of its members have been determined.

Problem settings. In Ukraine, the formation of amalgamated territorial communities (ATCs) is carried out in the process of administrative-territorial reform implementation. Resilience of the community is ensured by strong financial and infrastructural bases and staffing potential. Determination of the main directions of ensuring the formation of the personnel potential of local self-government bodies will increase the professional level of provision of administrative services at the local level.

Problem setting. An important prerequisite and key to successful implementation of the strategic course for the implementation of European standards of living in Ukraine and its entry into the leading positions in the world is the reform of public administration and decentralization in order to create an effective, transparent, open, flexible structure of public administration, transition from the centralized model of government in the state, ensuring the capacity of local self-government and building an effective system of territorial organization of government in Ukraine.
