The article analyzes the influence of a human factor on road safety and the main methods of its research. The main indicators of the functional state of the drivers, which most accurately illustrate the change in the neuro-emotional stress while operating the vehicle in different road conditions, are determined. The regularities of changing the functional state of the drivers who were driving the vehicle along different categories of roads were established.

In the article the tendencies of use of natural light in modern buildings of culture and churches are considered. Buildings of culture have always been special objects of experimentation with light. In the historical monumental and chamber sacral buildings, the way of using light almost did not change for centuries.

Today, when the wheel of world history is fluttering, it becomes increasingly difficult to distinguish joy and despair from the tremendous achievements and no less losses from the achievements, downs and failures of modern culture and civilization.

For defense the constructions elements from corrosion on the Black Sea shelf are often used organic and inorganic coatings, and as well corrosion-resistant alloys, which makes it possible to use equipment in more aggressive environments, expanding the conditions for their applying. However, the protective properties of anti-corrosion coatings in media in the presence of hydrogen sulfide and the simultaneous action of mechanical stress is not sufficiently studied.

The analysis of the generation, recycling and landfilling of waste in Ukraine is carried out. Significant generation of various wastes leads to their storage on the ground surface, as it is the most widespread way of waste treatment in Ukraine. Frequently, the stored waste burns (waste heaps, waste coal, landfills), causing significant accumulation of hazardous substances in the environment.

Developed algorithms and software modules analyzing system involving two modes of operation (training or monitoring), two types of monitoring (search for a given substance or recognition known), the use of which depends on the intensity and destabilizing factors control the duration requirements.

Specific features of research management in the environmental sector, due to modern needs and intended primarily for practical and useful results is analyzed in the article. The necessity of complex research, application of comparative legal method is emphasized. Analysis of jurisprudence, including legal opinions of the Supreme Court of Ukraine as an indicator of
the real state of relation in the sphere of environmental protection is considered in the article.

The article is devoted to the complex research problems of environmental certification. By the analysis of scientific literature and legal dictionary the concept and characteristics of environmental certification have been defined. The concept of environmental certification to consolidate on the legislative level has been proposed, through the enactment of law about environmental certification.

This article examines some aspects of adaptation norms of national legislation with EUlegislation. The emphasis on the provisions of some legislative acts, characterized by the partial compliance with the EU directives on environmental protection. It notes that the difficulties in applying these rules arise not so much because of lack of clarity or other defects legislative techniques and, primarily, due to lack of awareness of the importance of environmental issues like conservation of habitats of certain species of flora.
