The editorial board of the journal strives to respond quickly to all complaints and ensure their proper resolution. The editorial board of the journal “Computer Systems Design. Theory and Practice” will consider each complaint individually, taking into account its content and complexity. When making decisions, the editorial board will be guided by the recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
Proposals and complaints should be sent to the e-mail address: scads@lpnu.ua All appeals are considered within thirty working days, but in case of complex situations, additional time may be required to complete the review.
The complaint should be clear, concise and contain sufficient information to confirm a possible violation of publication ethics. If available, it is advisable to attach additional documents or evidence confirming the stated circumstances.
In the event of personal complaints against authors, editors, reviewers or members of the editorial board of the journal, the applicant will receive a response with an explanation of the reasons why such a complaint does not fall within the competence of the editorial board. The journal also reserves the right not to consider applications if they are submitted in an offensive, threatening or defamatory manner.
