Editorial policy of open access of the journal is developed on the basis of recommendations and standards of Budapest open access initiatives (Budapest Open Access Initiative`s definition of Open Access ). The journal uses the concept of " open access" that is given in the official documents of Budapest open access initiatives.
Under open access to the reviewed scientific literature is meant free public access on the Internet that allows any user to read, download, copy, distribute, perform print, search or get links to full texts of articles, scan, transfer them for indexing as data in a software, or use them for any legal purposes, without financial, legal or technical barriers, except those associated with the personal access of the user to the Internet. The only restriction on the reproduction and distribution of materials is compliance with copyright in this area, which requires the author to control the integrity of his work, proper acknowledgement of his copyright, and citation.
The journal aims to promote global open access to scientific information and research. The Publisher provides readers, scholars and institutions with free online access to all published materials (e.g. for linking to the content or downloading, distribution, printing, copying and reproduction in any medium, except for modification of the content or for commercial use) in accordance with the terms of the license Creative Commons Attribution Non - Commercial 4.0 International Public License ( CC BY - NC ) . License is valid under the condition that the original composition is cited. The use of published materials for commercial purposes requires written permission from the Publisher.
The journal provides immediate open access to all published materials, making research findings freely available to the public and facilitating global knowledge exchange, which means the following: each user of the Internet has free and unlimited access to the full text of articles published in the journal; manuscripts are freely available without subscription or financial barriers; after publication, all materials are immediately available online (without a long wait).
