Проаналізовано основні проблеми електронної контент-комерції та функціональних сервісів опрацювання комерційного контенту. Запропонований метод дає можливість створити засоби опрацювання інформаційних ресурсів у системах електронної контент-комерції та реалізувати підсистему управління комерційним контентом. Вдосконалена класифікація систем електронної контент-комерції.

To improve the effectiveness of the company is necessary as horizontal structuring of production activity (technology) and the structuring of functional management activities (function control). It is realized in the context of building a process model of the enterprise, which today widespread.

The current state of domestic energetics, thermal power generation plants in particular is analyzed in the article. It has been investigated that the current state and the prospects of modernization of domestic thermal power generation plants leave much to be desired.

The article shows the relevance of business processes reengineering as modern method of domestic industrial management of enterprises which are operating in specific conditions of economic instability. The concept of business processes reengineering evolution is researched and schematically represented. This evolution reflects the semantic content of management tool and shows the change of key factors at each stage of its theory. The key role of information technology in reengineering theory evolution is described at the present stage of economic development.
