The article is devoted to the study of legal regulation of social relations in the Internet. The legislative regulation of the Internet as a special informational space and as a technological network is analyzed. Different approaches and classification peculiarities of legal regulation of the Internet as a technological network and as a special environment in which communicative relations are implemented are described. Determined the leading role of the state in regulating the Internet and establishing legislative provision, while the importance of self-regulatory relations.

In the article, the authors reveal the essence of information warfare; focus on the basic understanding of this phenomenon. The article acknowledges that in the scientific literature information war is interpreted, in particular, as rivalry in the informational and psychological sphere for the influence and control over resources; informational influence on making political decisions; a modern conflict that is inherent in the post-industrial society era; a conflict involving the use of information weapons, etc.

On the basis of the hierarchical structure of a typical cyber-physical system and main stages of crops cultivation, the list of the subsystems necessary for the creation of such a system is considered. The structures and recommendations for these systems are expounded, and the generalized structural scheme of the given cyber-physical system is described issuing from the four main objects of the research: seeding material, soil, intermediate harvest benefits, harvesting, stocking or primary processing.

The article presents a simulation model and described appropriate software, to simulate the environment in an emergency situation (accidents on chemically hazardous objects) or free observation (no pre-defined procedures). Collection and processing of information made using a wireless sensor network.

The article reveals the history of formation, current state and peculiarities of the development of the Ukrainian blogosphere. The author analyzes the types of blogs and describes the source-study potential of  the  blogosphere  for historical and cultural studies. The content of new online projects, which contains important information about contemporary history and culture, raises up-to-date historical and cultural issues.
