The article is devoted to the study of the essence and content of the issue of protecting children's rights in war conditions, an analysis of Ukrainian realities is carried out and problems of ensuring the principles of international humanitarian law in this area are identified.
The article reveals the potential of harmonizing national labor legislation to European standards in the context of Ukraine's European integration. In the context of the European integration of Ukraine, the constitutive principles of the realization of the right to work should be formed on the dominant principles: ensuring the maximization of legally defined labor rights and guarantees, the optimality of opportunities for their implementation, and effective prevention of violations of the labor rights of employees.

The article analyzes the international legal standards regarding the regulation of internal labor regulations. It is noted that in the legal doctrine of international law there is a significant number of normative acts that define international legal standards for the regulation of internal labor regulations, however, the mechanism for ensuring them is imperfect, it is not fully defined by the state and does not correspond to national legislation.
The article reveals trends in the development of legal standards as an international legal category, defines the content of these standards and their classification. It has been found that the standard in the legal context, first of all it should be found out: whether the standard is a separate legal category that enshrines rights, freedoms and obligations; or a standard is a legal category that determines the starting point for the development of norms, but at the same time does not give rise to clear rights, freedoms and obligations.

It has been found that the modern legal doctrine of Ukraine in matters of interaction of the national legal system and the system of national legislation with the system of international law recognizes only the partial primacy of international law, which is limited by the Constitution of Ukraine.
The article identifies and analyzes international standards for the formation of environmental responsibilities of man and citizen, in particular the preconditions and conditions for their formation, the main stages of their development and features of consolidation at the legislative level. It was found that the institution of environmental responsibilities as a holistic entity is characterized by unity of content, which is expressed in general provisions, legal principles or a set of legal concepts used, the unity of the legal regime of regulated social relations.
