The article provides a comprehensive analysis of the challenges for electronic justice in a modern globalized society. To achieve the goal, it is necessary to use the author’s methodology, which represents a system of methods and approaches that will allow reaching substantiated conclusions, the main one of which is the synergistic approach.

Freedom of information is a fundamental right that ensures transparency and accountability in a democratic society. However, in times of war, governments often impose legal restrictions on access to public information to protect national security and maintain public order. This article examines the balance between freedom of information and state security in Ukraine under martial law. It analyzes the legal framework governing access to public information and the limitations introduced during wartime.
The article examines the problem of organizing legal security in the information sphere. Based on the provisions of Article 17 of the Constitution of Ukraine and the Information Security Strategy, one of the most important functions of the Ukrainian state at the present stage is to ensure information security. The article examines problematic issues of defining the concept and system of crimes against the foundations of national security of Ukraine. In particular, the issue of normative and legal regulation of the definition of national security of Ukraine at the constitutional, legislative and sub-legal levels was considered. A comparative analysis of different opinions of scientists regarding the definition of the concept and system of crimes against the foundations of national security of Ukraine was carried out.
The article analyzes the legal regulation on the prevention of corruption in the activities of the State Border Service of Ukraine (SBSU) during martial law. Corruption poses a significant risk to national security, the efficiency of public resource management, economic development, and the stability of government. The legal definition of corruption refers to the use of official powers to obtain an unlawful benefit. In the context of martial law, the DPSU faced increased threats of corruption, in particular when controlling the state border.

This paper discusses the role of energy security in national security. It is posited that the latter should be positioned much more broadly than economic security, because currently in the RussianUkrainian war, the aggressor state has chosen the energy infrastructure as the purpose of conducting an armed struggle, which violates the norms of international humanitarian law regarding harm to the civilian population.
The article considers the legal mechanisms for ensuring information security. It has been proven that today, more than ever, when there is a war in Ukraine, the issue of ensuring information security becomes especially relevant and significant, as the information space becomes a “battlefield” on a par with the war front. Enemy forces actively use informational and psychological operations to destabilize the situation inside our country, create panic, spread fakes and undermine trust in state institutions.
