Abstract. The article examines problematic issues of defining the concept and system of crimes against the foundations of national security of Ukraine. In particular, the issue of normative and legal regulation of the definition of national security of Ukraine at the constitutional, legislative and sub-legal levels was considered. A comparative analysis of different opinions of scientists regarding the definition of the concept and system of crimes against the foundations of national security of Ukraine was carried out.

The article deals with the issue of criminal liability for crimes against the foundations of
national security on the example of domestic and foreign experience of certain countries.
The author specifically analyzes the legislative regulation of criminal liability for crimes
against national security in the Republic of Lithuania, the Republic of Latvia, the Republic of
Estonia, Georgia, the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Poland, Switzerland, the Federal
Republic of Germany, and the French Republic.

This paper discusses the role of energy security in national security. It is posited that the latter
should be positioned much more broadly than economic security, because currently in the Russian-

The article considers the legal mechanisms for ensuring information security. It has been proven that today, more than ever, when there is a war in Ukraine, the issue of ensuring information security becomes especially relevant and significant, as the information space becomes a «battlefield» on a par with the war front. Enemy forces actively use informational and psychological operations to destabilize the situation inside our country, create panic, spread fakes and undermine trust in state institutions.

The article analyzes the changes to the Criminal Code of Ukraine introduced during martial law in connection with russia's armed aggression against Ukraine. The needs and reasons for changes to the criminal legislation, which provide for harsher punishments compared to peacetime, are substantiated: the change in the social danger of crimes, the need to strengthen prevention, and ensure justice.

Summary. The article identifies the peculiarities of the current state of cybersecurity in Ukraine and emphasizes the importance of applying effective legislation aimed at protecting the cyber structure, as well as choosing the best tools and mechanisms to combat cyber threats.

Abstract. This scientific article is devoted to the improvement of public administration in the sphere of national security of Ukraine, the corresponding goals, challenges and strategy. The essence of the concept of "national security", its components and influencing factors, as well as the concept of "system of ensuring national security" are systematically analyzed.

The issue of determining the need to develop a strategy for combating illegal armed formations is considered, the content and components of the strategy are defined and how the development of individual components changes approaches to the strategy itself is shown. The emphasis is placed on the complexity of formulating a strategy in the field of national security as a result of uncertainty of the concept of strategic legal acts, their hierarchy and content in the Ukrainian legislation.

The legal regulation of the prohibition of political parties in Ukraine and foreign countries in the article is examined. The key issue in the issue of banning political parties is the mechanism of this ban and its effectiveness in protecting fundamental human rights, national security of Ukraine and protection of the democratic constitutional order. Since information security is an important front line, Ukraine is defending its independence and democracy in this area.

The full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation created new problems related to treason. The issue of treason is relevant in today's conditions, because it always remains a place for ensuring national security, sovereignty and inviolability of the state. Treason is a serious criminal activity that can bring colossal consequences for the future state.
