Ensuring the implementation of human and citizen rights and freedoms through the prism of the activities of law enforcement bodies

The issue of ensuring the realization of the rights and freedoms of a person and a citizen through the prism of the activities of law enforcement agencies was considered. It was noted that the implementation of one of the main tasks of the state to ensure the rights and freedoms of a person and a citizen, enshrined in the Constitution of Ukraine, is entrusted to the three existing branches of government in the state: legislative, executive and judicial.

Modernization of the activities of law enforcement bodies of Ukraine in modern conditions

Annotation. The current conditions of law enforcement agencies in Ukraine are extremely complex, which requires increased efficiency in this area. The purpose of this article was to highlight the main directions of modernization of law enforcement agencies of Ukraine. This study was carried out within the limits of the set goal using the following methods: information-analytical method, system approach method, anamnestic method, descriptive statistics method, descriptive analysis method, forecasting method.

Law enforcement activities and martial status:moral and legal features

It has found that during the war it is important to find a moral and legal balance of the development and existence of society, which will help to "keep" society in a state of lawful behavior not because of fear of punishment, but on the basis of understanding one's own moral responsibility not only before the law, but also before the next generations.

The article deals with administrative and legal aspects of law enforcement for the protection of property rights. The investigation of the current state of administrative and legal relations in the sphere of protection of property rights. Considered the tasks assigned to the state police to protect property rights.

The article is devoted to the definition of areas of improvement of legal education and professional training of law enforcement bodies of Ukraine on the basis of the EU experience in this area. The article is devoted to the task of reforming legal education, research training practice lawyers and law enforcement officials in the EU, proved the benefits of training learning conditions for maximum simulation of real situations.
