Management of perinatal care during the COVID-19 pandemic in Ukraine: organizational and legal mechanism

Introduction. The topic of maternity and childhood care is one of the most important in the health care system of Ukraine, given the importance of the issue of the birth of healthy children – the future potential of an independent state.

At the beginning of the era of implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals, the morbidity and mortality of women during pregnancy and childbirth remained unacceptably high. Most of them could have been prevented.

State policy of activisation of economic development during war and post-war periods

Formulation of the problem. In the conditions of a full-scale war, economic development transforms into the manual mode of governmental regulation. The state policy of post-war economic development should take into account the priority of the development of those branches of the national economy, which will allow to organize the obtaining of the maximum added value for the least expenditure of resources.

Problems and directions of improving national health legislation

In the article, based on the analysis of the current national legislation, the main problems of legal regulation of health care in Ukraine are identified and the directions for improvement of the legal framework in this area are outlined. It is noted that the process of forming a high-quality and effective national regulatory framework in the field of health care in Ukraine is burdened with a number of problems. 

The state and institutions of the civil society relationships in the field of militarized bodies of the state authority activity

The article attempts to determine the place of civic society institutions’ activity in the functioning of militarized state authorities. There are outlined the examples of cooperation between civic society institutions and the National Police, the Armed
Forces of Ukraine, the State Criminal-Executive Service, also in the article are described the mechanisms of such interaction. The problem of the boundary between assistance and the transfer of functions between civic society institutions and state authorities is considered.

Changes in the tax legal regime of entrepreneurs and self-employed persons in connection with the COVID-19 distribution

The article deals with the current problems, development and public relations in the field of taxation of Ukraine in connection with the spread of COVID-19. The research input focuses on the analysis of the main problems of the current tax system in Ukraine. The issues of particular changes in the tax legal regime of Ukraine, which are related to the implementation of the fiscal (fiscal) and monetary (monetary) policies in the context of quarantine measures, are investigated.
