The work is dedicated to the development of a mobile chatbot containing an information currency converter, designed for use by a wide range of people. A chatbot is a subject-oriented text-based dialog interface that allows a user to perform a limited set of tasks: getting information about the current rate of currencies (USD or EUR) relative to the national currency and finding out the current rate of cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin) in dollars or euros.

The issue of spreading pro-Russian propaganda in the most popular telegram channels of Odesa region is considered in the paper. It is established that in scientific discourse there are practically no studies on this topic. The most studied problems are: the spread of propaganda in the Telegram by international terrorist groups (ISIS, Alkaida), as well as the blocking of this network in Russia and other authoritarian states.

The development of modern technologies is extremely fast. Every day more and more new and various means appear in the world to improve the quality of life and more. It is not possible for a person to process all this new information on the scale and speed with which this information appears. Everyone has their own preferences and wants to receive and obtain information about certain events or things that they are interested in. This has become one of the most important reasons for creating referral systems.

The issue of creating an IP camera based on the ESP-32 CAM module, and integration and transfer of images to the messenger is considered. Provision is made to ensure and increase security during data transmission and interaction with the bot. It is also proposed to create a special telegram bot, using the telegram API, to obtain images from the camera, at any time, when connected to the Internet. The efficiency of the microcontroller at a given task is analyzed. The use of MQTT transmission protocol is proposed, and its advantages for this system are considered.
