The purpose of the study is to analyze the change in demand for higher education in conditions of a stable environment (during 2018–2021) and in the conditions caused by the full-scale invasion of Ukraine in 2022 by Russia.
The relevance of the study is due to the full-scale invasion of the territory of our country by the enemy, which led to the suspension of the work of most Ukrainian metallurgical enterprises in the East of Ukraine, and caused a significant decrease in planned indicators and production volumes.
