The article investigates the role and transformation of corporate culture in modern library institutions under the conditions of digitalization and technological innovation. The study emphasizes the strategic importance of corporate culture as a key factor influencing the efficiency, adaptability, and sustainability of library organizations in the contemporary information society. Theoretical foundations are analyzed, including classical and modern approaches to organizational culture, with particular attention to the specificities of library settings. The research highlights the impact of digital transformation on internal communications, professional roles, value orientations, and collaborative practices among library staff. Comparative analysis of international and Ukrainian library institutions reveals both converging trends and significant contextual differences in the pace and scope of digital adoption. Examples of successful digital initiatives, such as virtual collections, hybrid service models, online exhibitions, and electronic repositories, are presented to illustrate practical implications for improving corporate culture. The study identifies key challenges, including insufficient digital literacy, limited resources, psychological resistance to change, and cybersecurity risks, which affect organizational cohesion and employee motivation. Based on the findings, practical recommendations are proposed for enhancing corporate culture, including strategic digital planning, continuous professional development, fostering innovation oriented teams, strengthening ethical standards, and promoting open communication within library institutions. The article concludes that digital transformation not only introduces new technological tools but also fundamentally reshapes organizational culture, making it more flexible, innovative, and responsive to the evolving needs of society. The results are valuable for researchers, library managers, and policymakers seeking to optimize organizational development, enhance staff competencies, and ensure the longterm relevance of libraries in the digital era.
