"Infocommunication Technologies and Electronic Engineering" is a peer-reviewed academic journal aimed at fostering the development and dissemination of cutting-edge research results and practical innovations in the fields of infocommunication technologies, electronic communications, radio electronics, and electronic engineering. The journal serves as a platform for scientific discussion between domestic and international researchers, as well as for the exchange of experience and achievements within the scientific community.

The editorial policy of the journal is based on the principles of objectivity and impartiality in the selection of manuscripts for publication, high standards for the quality of scientific research, mandatory peer review, collegial decision-making regarding publication, accessibility and efficiency in communication with authors, and strict adherence to copyright and related rights. The main criteria for selecting materials for publication are the novelty and relevance of ideas, as well as the scientific and factual reliability of the submitted work.

The journal is included in the List of Scientific Professional Publications of Ukraine (Category B, as of June 6, 2022), in which results of dissertations for obtaining the academic degrees of Doctor of Sciences, Candidate of Sciences, and Doctor of Philosophy may be published in the following specializations: G5. Electronics, Electronic Communications, Instrumentation and Radio Engineering, and F6. Information Systems and Technologies (according to the updated list of fields of study and specializations approved by Resolution No. 1021 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated August 30, 2024). It also corresponds to specializations 171 – Electronics, 172 – Electronic Communications and Radio Engineering, and 126 – Information Systems and Technologies (according to the list of fields of study and specializations approved by Resolution No. 266 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated April 29, 2015).

The main tasks of the journal are:

  • To publish high-quality scientific articles containing new theoretical results, experimental studies, methodological and innovative approaches in the fields of infocommunication technologies, electronic communications, radio electronics, and electronic engineering.

  • To establish partnerships and collaborative relations with international scientific publishing organizations.

  • To ensure strict compliance with editorial ethics and publication standards.
